Hi! Let me introduce myself. I am a full-time stay-home mom who loves to cook and bake, and I’m always looking for fresh new ideas to keep my sweet little kiddos well-fed and happy. And my husband too. He’s a preacher, so that makes me a preacher’s wife, which can make for an interesting life! But, I’m here mostly to just blog about food because well, who doesn’t love food?
You may ask, “What’s with the name?” Well, Muncho Mom comes from the many, countless times I have driven my children home from school and heard nothing but the sound of munch munch munch munching as they ravenously devour the remains of their uneaten lunches. It’s a lovely sound, actually, because it means they are too busy eating to argue! That, of course, is their other favorite pastime in the van. I especially love to see and hear my children munching on good, healthful food that I have lovingly made for them. What mom doesn’t? So, there you have it…Muncho Mom.
That’s a brief intro about me and my blog. Ultimately, I hope you can find something here that will bring a smile to your face as well as your stomach!
